Welcome to The Styled Shot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI-powered image generation services provided via thestyledshot.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Styled Shot provides an artificial intelligence interface that allows users to upload product images ("Input") and generate stylistically enhanced versions of those images ("Output") using the Nano Banana Pro model via the Replicate API.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

2.1 Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload. You represent and warrant that you own the Input or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to use and process it through our Service.

2.2 Your Output: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Styled Shot grants you full commercial rights to use, reproduce, and display the Output for your business purposes.

2.3 Copyright Disclaimer: You acknowledge that current legal standards regarding AI-generated content are evolving. The Styled Shot makes no guarantee that the Output is eligible for copyright protection under the laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction.

3. Disclaimers & AI "Hallucinations"

3.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy: The Service uses probabilistic AI models. You acknowledge that the AI may "hallucinate" or produce inaccurate, distorted, or unrealistic visual elements. This includes, but is not limited to, the distortion of product textures, logos, text, or physical proportions.

3.2 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing all Output for accuracy and appropriateness before using it in a commercial or public context.

3.3 Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the fitness of the Output for a particular purpose.

4. Fees, Packages, and Refund Policy

4.1 Packages: The Service is sold in credits/packages (e.g., 10 images, 20 images). Credits are deducted upon the generation of an Output.

4.2 No Refunds: Due to the nature of AI technology and the computational resources required for generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "bad" results, hallucinations, or outputs that do not meet your creative expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Styled Shot be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business or profit) arising out of your use of the Service or reliance on any AI-generated Output.
